Service Description

Dance Cirque is a unique blend of aerial skills on equipment such as Silks, Hoop and Trapeze, with the strength and flexibility work to compliment these skills. As well as floor skills such as juggling, hula hoop and poi. The focus in this class is fun, effective and and safe training for all students wanting to fly high and learn these unique aerial skills. No previous experience is needed.
