Do you have a uniform?
Yes, we have suggested uniform for boys & girls for all classes. click to download the uniform list for Boys & Girls or click on a class for more information about recommended uniform and footwear. We also have an online shop full of Studio 19 Merchandise which can be worn during appropriate classes, warm ups and rehearsals as well as to and from the studio.
How Can I Pay?
Payments are made to Studio 19 via Direct Debit, and are taken automatically from your account on the 1st of each month. So once it's set up it's completely hassle free. To update and change your contact details & direct debit information, you can access your account by clicking here, and use the login details you received when joining studio 19.
Do We Pay For Holidays?
When we work out the monthly direct debits for each student, 6 weeks of holiday have already been deducted and split across a 12 month period. This means, all 12 payments throughout the year will be exactly the same, and taken on the 1st of each month.
Oops I missed a payment
If your monthly payment has been declined, or you have an issue with your payment, we will try again and send you a reminder email for the next 2 days. If there is any reason you cannot make your payments please contact us. If your payment cannot be taken and you do not contact us you may lose you place to the next person on our waiting list.
