Payment card details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Health and access information

If you choose to tell us about a medical condition, injury, disability or access need — whether in the notes field when booking or at any other time — that is special category Data under the GDPR. We collect it only where you volunteer it, we use it solely to keep your dancer safe and to make reasonable adjustments in class, we share it only with the teaching staff who need it, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

Children's data

Most of our dancers are children. Where a dancer is under 18, we ask that a parent or legal guardian makes the booking and provides the information, and we treat the parent or guardian as our point of contact.

We hold the minimum we need about a child in order to run their class safely: their age, the class they attend, and any access or medical information a parent has chosen to share with us. We do not market to children, we do not build profiles of children, and we do not share children's information with third parties for their own purposes.

A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time by emailing info@studio19uk.com.
