Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies we place on your device, what each one is for, and how to change your mind at any time. You choose what we may use — and the choice is honoured.
We understand the importance of your privacy and are committed to ensuring a transparent and secure online experience for all our users. This policy outlines how we use cookies on our website, and how you can manage your preferences.
Scope of this policy
Studio 19 KL Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies when you visit our website www.studio19uk.com ("the Website") to help the Website work and to improve your experience.
This policy applies between you, the user of this Website, and Studio 19 KL Ltd, the owner and operator of the Website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
When you first visit the Website you will be shown a cookie banner. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies below is used until you make a choice there, and you can change that choice at any time — see How to control your cookies.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer or device when you visit certain parts of a website or use certain features.
Cookies do not usually contain information that directly identifies you. However, personal information that we store about you may be linked to information obtained through cookies. For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Website to work. They enable core functionality such as signing in to your account, keeping items in your basket, processing bookings and free trial requests, and protecting your session from misuse. The Website cannot function properly without them, and they cannot be switched off in our systems.
Performance cookies
These are set by our hosting platform to measure how quickly and reliably pages load. They tell us about the health of the site, not about you as an individual, and they are not used to build a profile or to target advertising. They are only set if you allow them.
Cookies we do not use
We do not currently place advertising or marketing cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking, and we do not run third-party analytics such as Google Analytics or social media pixels on this Website. The cookie banner still offers these categories so that your choice is recorded in advance and honoured automatically if that ever changes. If it does, this policy and the schedule below will be updated before any such cookie is set.
Cookie schedule
Below is the full list of cookies this Website places. We aim to keep this list accurate and up to date. If you believe a cookie has been omitted or there is any discrepancy, please contact us.
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
wixSession | Strictly necessary | Holds your visitor or member session. Keeps you signed in and keeps your basket attached to you as you move between pages. | Session — deleted when you close your browser |
client-session-bind | Strictly necessary | Security. Ties your session to your browser so it cannot be picked up and reused somewhere else. | Session |
server-session-bind | Strictly necessary | The server-side half of the pair above. Cannot be read by scripts running in your browser. | Session |
bSession | Performance | Set by our hosting platform to measure how well the site is performing. Only set if you allow performance cookies. | 30 minutes |
consent-policy | Strictly necessary | Remembers the cookie choice you made on the banner, so we do not ask again and your choice is applied on every visit. | 12 months |
Browser storage
As well as cookies, the Website uses a small amount of your browser's own storage for the same purposes. These are not cookies, but we list them here for completeness.
| Item | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
fedops.logger.sessionId | Performance | Groups your page loads into a single visit so our hosting platform can measure loading speed. | Local storage — until you clear your browser data |
mpaSessionId | Strictly necessary | Identifies a single browsing session so pages render consistently. | Session storage — cleared when you close the tab |
Checkout and third parties
When you buy something from our merch store, the payment step takes place on a secure checkout page hosted by Wix, our website platform. That page sets its own cookies, which are necessary to process your order and take payment securely. Those cookies are governed by Wix's own cookie and privacy policies.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Pages on this Website may link out to other websites, including our social media profiles. We have no control over the cookies those sites set, and this policy does not cover them.
How to control your cookies
You can change what you allow at any time. Use the button below, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
Turning a category off does not merely hide it — the cookies in that category are not set, and any already placed are cleared.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off. They carry no tracking, and without them you could not sign in, keep items in your basket, or complete an order or trial booking.
You can also enable or disable cookies through your internet browser settings, where you can delete cookies that have already been set. We recommend consulting your browser provider's help documentation if you are unsure how.
For more general information about cookies, including how to disable or delete them, visit www.aboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
Studio 19 KL Ltd reserves the right to update this Cookie Policy as required by law or as necessary to reflect changes to our Website. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
