How are the fees worked out regarding holidays?

At Studio 19, we aim to provide transparent and fair fee structures for our students. Here's how our fees are calculated in regards to holidays:

1. Pro Rata Calculation:
Our fees are calculated on a pro rata basis for the number of weeks we are open throughout the year.
This means that the total annual fee is divided evenly across the weeks that the studio is open for classes.

2. Deduction for Holidays:
The pro rata fee already accounts for holidays and breaks throughout the year.
Although you pay a monthly direct debit, the amount has already been adjusted to deduct the holidays from your yearly bill.

3. Monthly Direct Debit:
You pay a fixed monthly amount via direct debit, which covers your tuition fees for the entire year.
This system ensures that you pay a consistent amount each month, even during holiday periods when classes may be paused.

4. Fair and Balanced Approach:
Our approach ensures fairness for both students and the studio, allowing for predictable monthly payments while accounting for holiday breaks.

5. Continuous Learning and Support:
Even during holiday periods, we remain committed to supporting our students' learning journey through workshops, events, and additional resources.
